Razer BlackShark V2 mic issues
Hey, So I have a razer kraken 7.1 v2 and I recently bought the razer blackshark v2 as an upgrade because my kraken headset is having issues here and there but everyone i've asked has said the mic quality is a very obvious downgrade, i'm just wondering how and why that is since looking at the specs would say otherwise, is there possibly some settings i'm missing that I need to turn on? Any help is good thank you

Use broadcast preset or search for customizable settings , there isn't something else to do unfortunately.
