Razer Viper Ultimate not charging past 5%
Hey all, ive had this mouse for about a year and a half now, and about 6months ago ive started to have this issue where the mouse resists charging past 5%, i have to let it be plugged in for 4hours sometimes before it breaks past 5%, ive tried different cables, tried different computers, usb 3.0, updating firmware, reinstalling the firmware, reinstall synapse, updating windows, ive tried absolutely everything. I dont know what to do. ive tried contacting support and i am unable to recieve another one because ive had it for about a year and a half so my warranty is gone. Please help.

and then sometimes, it works normally, but that is on rare occasions. im truly lost. i dont know what to do

grahamtvHave you seen any physical deformation on the pins of the dock? Did you check the battery icon on the Razer Synapse? Let's isolate the behavior by cleaning the pins of the dock by using a can of compressed air or a Q-tip with a 70% alcohol solution. Let me know how it goes.

Razer.Speedcr0ssI have the same issue and this isn't working. I have cleaned everything, reinstalled synapse, and made sure the firmware is updated. I have it hardwired and it is still not getting past 5%

I have the same issue and this isn't working. I have cleaned everything, reinstalled synapse, and made sure the firmware is updated. I have it hardwired and it is still not getting past 5%
