Razer Synapse not loading

Razer Synapse doesn't open and I can't control the RGB on my keyboard (Razer Black Widow Elite). I have tried a clean uninstall and reinstall, creating a guest account and logging back in, unplugging keyboard. What else can I try? Fixes welcome. Thanks.
