Razer Cortex not counting hours played

Hey! I've been playing the Division 2 for a couple of hours today and its not been recorded on 'My Squad' but I can see the hours on the games dashboard page, can anything help me with this? I've tried different games and none of them show up. I've tried removing the games, restarting both my pc and cortex and the time just doesnt show.
