so i formatted my pc because it was lagging badly and now i cant activate my 7.1 surround..can you guys help me out? please

    I too have the same issue! Feels pointless using the headphones without Razer 7.1 surround sound! Please help!!

    Have you both check the 7.1 Surround code via email? Are you using the same Razer ID when the error appears? Please send me a PM together with the email address associated to your Razer ID. Let's continue our conversation privately.
