razer nari ultimate wont charge
well this just happens, my razer nari ultimate suddently wont charge or light any led
if i connect or disconect the headset in the usb, windows make the noise that something is plugged in or out, but it just wont charge or get recognized via synapse

Hi there! When did this happen? Also, have you tried turning the Nari Ultimate on while it is plugged into the PC? Let me know how it goes?
Razer.RedPandai have the naris since january 18, never have a problem since 3 days ago they suddently wont charge or make non led when they are plugged. since i cant turn on the headset i cant change settings via synapse 3 when i plug the naris via usb, windows make a sound that something is plugged in but they just wont charge. i try on a dif computer, when another usb cable, with a power bank... they work with the 3.5mm jack, but i dont have chroma, wireless or haptics...
