Razer 7.1 Surround Not Opening

Hello, After several tries of installing this software with and without Synapse I can't make it work. It worked before I formated the computer and after reinstalling it won't open. I have the tray icon, and when I click it I don't see the configuration to choose the device. Thanks in advance

Are you using a personal computer and connected to a home network? Try isolating the app's behavior by clean reinstalling the Razer Synapse 3.0, logging in to another local Windows user account on your computer, or signing in as a guest user in Razer Synapse 3.0. Let's see if it helps.
