New 2021 Razer Blade 15" not recognized in Synapse

Hi, As usual with any new computer - I completely imaged my Razer Blade 15" Advanced with a fresh copy of Windows 10 21H1. Razer Synapse does NOT recognize the computer. I've tried Windows 10 21H1, 20H2, 1909 -- Professional & Home. Razer says it's up to date at version 3.6.515.51215 This is frustrating because I'm using windows update drivers, not razer official. As well as having zero control over the machine / rgb etc ... Any thoughts/insight? Was the version that came with the computer a newer version of Synapse? For Reference: 11th Gen Intel Proc Nvidia RTX 3080 32Gb RAM 1TB SSD QHD 240HZ
