PC Booting Loop

Hi, I have recently purchased a Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma mouse mat to add to my other three Razer products. How ever since plugging in my PC will not boot correctly, and goes into a booting loop flashing the MB splash screen, beeping and going round in circles. If I unplug the mat or any other Razer device the PC will then boot correctly in to Windows and I can connect the device and everything is happy. How ever this is annoying and I would like to leave everything plugged in. I have tried only having the four Razer USB devices connected and still see this issue, yet I can connect three Razer products, a USB headset, Xbox wifi adapter, bluetooth dongle and the PC boots fine. I have even upgraded my PSU to 800W incase it was a power issue but it clearly isn't. Can anybody explain what is going on, why this is happening and can I fix it?
