having trouble connecting my nari ultimate to my xbox one

I recently purchased a nari ultimate not long ago, a serious upgrade from the kraken pro I've had for a number of years. And I brought it home and it connects fine with the dongle to both ps4 and pc. But i can't get it to connect to my Xbox one (I have the original one not the x or s) for the life of me, I have followed all the steps I watched the video on the website. I cant get it to connect either to the Xbox or when I plug the dongle into the Xbox USB port I get no sound. But it makes the connection tones like its connected. The only way I can get audio is by using the 3.5mm cable and when I do use that I can't mute my microphone. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated

    That's odd. Do send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I can use those to verify its model and take a closer look at its specifications. Let's go there.
