Razer Softwares stop working entirely

Hi, For some reason, all my razer synapses and cortex are not working. When i right-click them and run them as administrator, nothing came out. I tried uninstalling them in the control panel, but I can't seem to uninstall razer cortex. So i tried downloading the client of both synapses and cortex and tried running them to reinstall, but it does not run. Every time run it, a small command prompt black screen appears for a mini second or something, and disappear, and nothing happened. I turned off my fire wall and everything, but just suddenly, I cant seems to run anything related to Razer at all. Any help will be welcome. I reset my windows and reinstalled it, and still have the same issue. Thanks.
