Ornata Chroma - Lights keep turning themselves off

Hi folks, I'd like some help. I have been experiencing recurring issues where the lights on my Razer Ornata Chroma keep shutting off, with no obvious reason. The Num-Lock indicator light works, but nothing else does. The only way I've found to fix the issue is to uncomfortable reach around my PC, blindly unplug the keyboard from the USB port and plug it back in. Where it once was about once every few days, today it's happened twice. I've been searching on google, and on these forums, but don't seem to see any posts that reflect the same behavior. Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do to resolve it? Thank you all in advance for any help you can provide. Does the keyboard turn off only when you're away, or even when you're using it? For now, clean reinstalling your Synapse should be able to resolve this. If the problem remains apparent, send me the serial number of your keyboard via PM. I can use them to look into other possible solutions. Let's pick it up from there.
