My Razer Basilisk Ultimate doesn't work when I plug the wire in.

Is there any physical deformation on the cable? Have you tried isolating the behavior by connecting it to another port and check if the issue persists? Do make sure you are connected directly to a USB port, not on a hub. Send me the serial number if you need further assistance.
