Preciso de ajuda, meus códigos gerados pelo Google authenticator não servem mais, aparentemente perdi o acesso , como faço para recuperar??

I've translated your post. Do you still have access to your backup codes? You can use them to log in, and reset your 2-Step Authentication and manage your account. If you don't, I can also help you submit a ticket for an account recovery request. Please fill these in and send them to me via PM:
