Razer Phone wont turn on

So for me this isn't something completely new. Occasionally my phone wont turn on when a wake up and I will be left with a black screen and the charge light on. Usually id hold down both the power button and volume down buttons and it would come back on. However over the last 3 days my power button hasn't been working well and sometimes not at all. This morning my phone did the same and after 2 hours of trying I don't know how else I can get it to turn on. Anyone else had this issue or know of a way to fix it?

    Hi there! When did this issue start to happen? For the power button not working, please try to do a hard reset by pressing and holding the power and volume up buttons until it reboots. For the issue with the phone occasionally not waking up, does how often does this happen? Have you tried to put it in safe mode to see if the same issue persists? If not yet, please do and observe for a day or two. Let me know how it goes.

    This issue has been going since I bought the phone however the power button doesn't work so a hard reset is impossible

    As a note the issue where it freezes on a black screen has been going on since purchase however the power button issue happened the other day randomly when I performed a hard reset. Fingerprint scanner still works perfectly

    Thanks for the reply. What is the build number of our Phone? Also, have you tried to do a factory reset?
