Razer Raiju TE - Random Delay on thumbstick

When i play i at times get a random delay on the thumbsticks, it can last for about 500 ms up to as much as 5 s. Problems occur both wired and wireless. Got the latest firmware update, would like to try the beta update to see if that can help with anything.

I'm having the same problems, im about to return mine and just grab another sony DS4. Ridiculous that a £150 controller doesn't work right. Did Razer not bother testing it before release !?

I did have the updated 1.01 or whatever the firmware update available was. I've now returned the controller. It should have worked out of the box.

I've already returned the controller. I bought a big standard DS4 until my scuf arrives.

New i've now gotten the download for the 1.02 update. Downloaded it and ran it on my computer, but it just says "Connect Device to your PC". The controlles i connected, and shows up as one of my "units connected". connects fine both trough bluetooth and wired, but just wont let me update. when i try to run the 1.01 update it can find the controller, and says i already got the latest firmware (1.01)
