i bought a razer kraken x then when I tried to scratch off the activation code I was too rough then i scratch off a few alphabets in the code and cannot activate the surround sound

Sorry to hear about your scratch card's concern. Please send me the following: a. A photo that shows the damaged scratch card. b. A photo that shows the device's serial number and its original box. c. Razer ID's registered email address.
