I have gotten them around 6 months ago and the USB dongle won't let the mic work I have narrowed down the problem to hardware and I want to fix it.
Stuff I have done
1-reinstalled the drivers 2-tried different devices 3-checked that the mic it self works
Ps:every thing except the mic works
