Hi, I have a Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 headset and in the Synapse there is an option 'Mic Sensitivity' but it appears gray and I can't change the value

    Were you able to change the mic's sensitivity before? For now, please perform a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by following the steps on this page. If the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your headset along with your Synapse logs. You can gather them by following this guide, upload the file on Google Drive, then send me the sharable link. Here's how to find the shareable link for the files. 1. Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. In the top right corner, click Share. 2. Click "Get shareable link" in the top right of the "Share with others" box. 3. To choose whether a person can view, comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to the "Anyone with the link." down arrow icon.
