Razer Naga Trinity scroll wheel...

Hello, i am having some problems with my new Razer Naga Trinity mouse. The scroll wheel does not scroll anything on my computer at all, its brand new. i tried remapping it in synapase 3, but nothing happend. my computer recognizes the device and says everything is working well and says all the drivers are up to date. Any ideas???

    Is the issue happening while Synapse is running in the background? Isolate the behavior first by performing the steps from this link. Should it behaves the same, do send me the serial number via PM.
