Azerty keyboards are not working with synapse 3

Hello , i have an azerty keyboard but synapse 3 doesn't seem to work with azerty. It seems to me only qwerty is settled on the software? Can you tell me how to set up synapse 3 with azerty keyboard please. Many thanks by advance! PS : sorrry for my bad english but i think you get my point

      That is odd. Ensure your device is whether supported in Synapse 2.0 or Synapse 3.0. Once you determine it, check if the behavior happens while the keyboard is connected to another USB port or computer. Ensure that the keyboard is connected directly to your computer's USB port too, not on a hub. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
