Raptor not working with macbook

I connected my Razer Raptor to my MacBook Pro through USB C and it doesn’t seem to work. Peripherals connected to the monitor are shared, but the display isn’t working, it’s stuck on searching. Clearly the connection is working since peripherals work, but not the video. thanks!

    Have you tried using a different cable to connect the Razer Raptor to your Macbook? For now, try running your Macbook in safe mode and reset the display to its default settings so we can rule out that part of the issue. PM me the serial number of your device. With that, I can verify its model and look for other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
