New Barracuda X wireless not working

Just got my new headphones today and I plugged in the USB c dongle and was able to connect wirelessly for a few minutes but then it suddenly got disconnected and I haven't been able to reconnect since.

Were there any changes made to your system before the issue? Does it also happen when using the 3.5mm audio jack? Let's isolate it first by following the steps from this link. Should the behavior persists, send me the serial number of your Barracuda X via PM. That way, I can take a closer at it and look into possible solutions.
