Synapse Software Improvement?

What do you think about paying someone to improve the Synapse Software that is absolutely faulty? I bought the Tartarus v2 to have a Macro Keyboard and to don't loose my time on programming languages about macros, but now I know that i would have done better learning Autohotkey. If you don't wanna spend money on someone, integrate Autohotkey or any other pre-made macro language in your devices, please. I spent 80 euro to have a device that does nothing of what i expected.
