Razer core X chroma issue (synapse 3 not detect and usb ports doesn't work)

Hello, I have a problem with my razer core X chroma. FIrst, Synapse 3 doesn't detect my razer core X chroma. So I cannot change the color in the studio. Second, all the usb port of the razer core x chroma are not working (I precise that I have restart my computer and follow the online support provided by razer [reinstallation of synapse 3 and so on ...] ) Can someone help please ? I precise that the egpu plug into the razer core x chroma is working fine ! Sincerely

When did the issue start? Please check the steps from this link to isolate the behavior. Should the issue persists, do send me the serial number via PM. I'll pick it up from there.
