Razer Huntsman Elite Wrist Rest Connection Issue

I just bought the new Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard today 8/5/2021 from BestBuy.

I find that the wrist rest is working fine (chroma lighting) when I do not open the keyboard flip-out feet.
When I make the flip-out feet a low height, the wrist rest is still connected (chroma lighting good).

However, when I put the flip-out feet to the high height (my normal use), the wrist rest is 100% out of power (no light).

Is this the issue only with this device? or this is with all Razer Huntsman Elite?

Does the issue happen while the keyboard is plugged into a different
USB port or computer with the feet fully opened/extended? Ensure that the wrist rest is plugged in firmly. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I’ll be locking this thread now.
