7.1 surround sound speaker icon disappeared (Win

Hello guys, i have a problem here. I am using kraken x and it can do 7.1 before, but recently the 7.1 doesn't work anymore (only 5.1). When i checked the sound settings > playback, the 7.1 surround sound speaker icon disappeared and there is only realtek hd speaker icon. There was a 7.1 icon when it worked before, but i don't know it's just gone now. The razer app engine can't detect the 7.1 speaker as well. I've tried to reinstall all the razer apps and unplugged my kraken x, but the 7.1 is still not detected. I've tried to update/reinstall the realtek hd audio manager too, but still no 7.1 speaker icon. I wish somebody could help me..

Were there any updates applied to your system/device before the issue? I'd like to take a closer look by sending me the serial number of your headset via PM. That way, I could also look into possible solutions. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
