blade 15 freezes on boot

Hello folks, well I have a razer blade 15 2018 advanced and all began when I wanted to change to a bigger SSD. To do so I created a bootable windows stick and changed the SSD. But the system couldn`t boot from the stick. Every time it freezes after some rotations of the windows boot-status-circle. Same when I tried to boot windows-dvd. So I put in the old SSD and the system booted normaly. So I thought it could be the old bios version and updated to 1.08. But right after the update the same boot freezing happens even with the standard SSD (and of course with new or no SSD). I tried to reset everything by unpluging the bios battery and wait, but no effect. I unpluged all energy sources and held the start button for a minute, but no effect. So I thought there went something wrong with the bios update. So I wrote the extracted charlotte1_1.08.bin directly to the bios chip by using a CH341A Programmer. But no effect. Now I am out of ideas what to try next to get system booting
