Chroma keyboard issue

So I love my razer huntsman mini, it's amazing! but one of the keys (the U key) will not light up when I put the wheel effect my keyboard with chroma studio. It stays white, only when my pc first starts up and my keyboard is random colors does it change color, I don't know what to do because it can obviously show color but it wont with the wheel effect. Any and all help is appreciated!
