Early 2020 Blade purchased from razer's ebay store. Camera not working

As title suggests. I just received my refurbished laptop directly from razers ebay account. The camera is not working. I have done everything that has been suggested(device manager, camera settings, etc..) The green light flashes and it tries to work but it just wont work. I cannot be without my laptop as classes start next week and I absolutely need it for school. What do I do?

    Have you received and updated your unit's Windows operating system? Also, did you restore the laptop's operating system to its factory settings and see if it helps the camera issue?
