Hello I installed Razer Synapse but it doesn't work : The mice works but I would like to install Razer Synapse How to solve this problem ? Thanks

Please be aware that the Razer Synapse 2.0 is compatible with Mac OS version 10.14. As of now, Synapse 3.0 will work on Windows operating systems. We don't have an official word when will the newer version of Mac OS be supported. I suggest sending feedback to our devs via the Razer Synapse option or by clicking this link.
