I bought my Razer Kraken X about a month ago, great headset btw, but now it seems the mic isn't working I've tried restarting the console and controller both with headset plugged in and out but it's not working, audio tomy ears work but not the mic

Is the headset connected directly to the console or the controller? For now, please try it on a smartphone or a PC so we can isolate the issue. Please PM me the serial number of your headset, along with a copy of your proof of purchase. I can use those to verify the model of your headset and validate its warranty status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
