Razer Thunderbolt Dock not detected

Hi, i have a Stealth computer 2019 and just received the thunderbolt dock. It is not beeing detected at all although synapse 3 repaired and Thunderbolt control center reinstalled. Any clue? Thanks in advance

    Does the Thunderbolt Dock still get detected on your Device Manager? For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows by following this guide. Should the issue persists, PM me the device's serial number. With the help of that, I can verify its model and look for other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
