Razor Blade 15 Advanced 2021 Issues that I cant fix!

Hi I purchased a Razor a couple of months ago now there have been issues that I have not been able to find and fix for but found dozens of other Razor blade owners posting about them to.

1. Whenever I change screen resolution to 360HZ the screen flickers a ton of other owners complain about this and only way to fix it is reduce to maybe 320hz for example so why am I not able to run the laptop at 360hz without screen flicker everything has been checked.

2. When recording or streaming to discord there is constant buzzing in the audio for the people watching once again there are a couple of post on this forum and other places were people complain about this and no fix, everything has been checked.

Now please can support give us a fix for this its been months and I have tried digging up whatever i could on the internet forums,videos etc and there is no fixers for these can I get a reply.

I don't think I would be confident to buy another Razor product after this.

Allow me to help you raise the Razer Blade 15's concern to our Support Team by initiating an investigation. Please send me the following:

a. MSinfo logs
b. Synapse 3.0 logs
c. Screenshot of Nvidia/Intel Driver Version: (Press Windows+R on your keyboard. Type in DXDIAG into the run command text box and hit OK. Then click on YES. Click on the Display 2 tab and look for the Nvidia version on the right side.)
d. A photo of the BIOS main tab
