My Razer Turret for Xbox One lost some functionality since around August 20 or 21, I'm guessing some kind of update messed it up. I only use it on Xbox Series X. The nexus key on the keyboard doesn't work anymore (doesn't light up and doesn't work) and the side buttons on the mouse don't work. Already tried updating the firmware and still have the same issue. Just to clarify the nexus key is the one with the xbox home logo and works just like the home button on the controller, now it doesn't work and instead the windows key opens the home screen pop-up, however holding it doesn't bring up the pop-up to turn off the console like the nexus key used to. And the worst part is the 2 side buttons on the mouse don't work anymore. Any help is appreciated.

    Does it behave the same on both wired and wireless connections? For now, try resetting the keyboard by pressing on the reset button with a paper clip near the USB-C port. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I use that to can verify its model and look for other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
