I bought today a razer kraken multi-platform wired gaming headset green edition and was about to activate it using the 7.1 sound application and apparently I scratched the code too hard because it wasn't coming off easily, I can provide all of the details of the purchase and images, what ever you guys need just please get me a new code. I don't understand why the code needs to be scratched so hard.

I need to verify the model of your device first and check if you are eligible for code generation. Please send me the serial number via PM and the email address linked to your Razer ID. Also, include a photo of the scratched card. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
