I need help on this ticket Case # (*Omitted) . I require assistance, the amount has been taken and the razor gold did not reflect on my account. The status of the payment is failed btw. (*Removed screenshots for security reasons)

Have you contacted your bank and checked if there's an authorization charge? This process takes place when a bank holds the fund before transferring it to the merchant once the transaction is validated. The fund transfer may take several days depending on your bank. Should the transaction fail, the bank may still hold and secure your fund before sending it back to your account. Anyhow, I forwarded your case to our Support Team.
