MSI Mystic Light Chroma Sync

Hi, i have a MSI MPG B550 Gaming Edge wifi motherboard with a Navis RGB 240 liquid cooler (both with rgb lighting) and i wanted to sync the light colors with my Razer Tomahawk ATX case using chroma studio. Everything worked fine at first until chroma studio started saying msi mystical light is unreachable. It randomly works from time to time so i have no idea what the problem could be.
