Razer Nommo Chroma Visualizer trouble

My NOMMO CHROMA works erratically when I enable VISUALIZER. I am using the products below. Razer Mamba Wireless Razer Basilisk ultimate & Charging dock Razer Blackwidow Elite Razer Chroma Addressable RGB Controller Razer Firefly V2 Razer Nommo Chroma When VISUALIZER is activated in SYNAPSE, all products except Nommo move according to audio. However, my Nommo doesn't turn on step by step depending on the AUDIO, it looks like a STATIC or Spectrum cycle effect. Chroma Studio and other effects look normal.
