Question about warranty regarding new keys

I would like to upgrade my keys on my BlackWidow Lite - US - Mercury to black, as well as the metal keys, and I would also like to upgrade the keys on my BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless - Green Switch - US with the metal keys. I was looking through the warranty information and I found this Exclusions and Limitations. This Limited Warranty does not cover: damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not officially acting as an employee, representative or sub-contractor of Razer; I live in Washington State. And the closest Official Razer Stores are many states over, in Las Vegas, or San Fransico. Would I be able to get any store that sells Razer to perform the service of the upgrade? Or would I have to go to an official store many states away? I know changing keys is really easy, and i doubt i would damage the keyboards. but if there is a way to completely avoid any chances of voiding my warrantys, I would like to do that. Thanks
