Do Razer care?
I've had random sensitivity changes that can only be solved by unplugging the mouse and then plugging back in.
There are so many bugs that Synapse 3 have had since 'launch' (I still consider it a beta program), like having a random audio program from the Steam Game Manager for instance.
Are Razer ever going to fix these things, or are the content to stick their fingers in their ears and pretend everything is fine.
If that's the case (and they've not shown that it isn't), then I'll be getting a different mouse and forever forsaking Razer and their arrogance/ignorance, as well as making sure to point people away from Razer products.
