It seems that there are some short circuit problems on my USB port, and when I plugged in my dongle it becomes hot, and my mouse cannot connect anymore. I cannot find a dongle for Razer Basilisk Hyperspeed in the store. Now my mouse cannot work and Razer Basilisk Hyperspeed does not support wired connecting. May I ask for a replacement? Sincerely, Du
