razer blade 14 wont turn off ever ??

I have razer blade 14 , sometime when i turn it off , the screen turn off normally but the keyboard and the fans still work , i tried to turn off by force by keep pressing the main button but nothing happen . The only way is wait until the battery get empty . is there any solution for this issue .

    Does disabling Synapse then shutting it down make any difference? For now, let's try going to Power Options by right-clicking the start logo. Then, click [Other power settings] on the right side of the power and sleep page and select [Select behavior when pressing the power button]. Now, click [Change settings that are currently unavailable] and uncheck the Turn on fast startup (recommended) in the shutdown setting menu and Save Changes.
