Help I tried posting the serial number of 7.1 surround software by razer and it didn't work. What should I do?

    Can you send me a picture of the code you've entered on the 7.1 Surround Sound and a screenshot of the error message that popped up? I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me the serial number of your headset via PM so I can verify its model and assist you accordingly. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
