I have a strange issue with this mouse using via bluetooth. Everything working fine until I leave it for a while but When I start using in again it doesn't re-connect . Even on/off is not working. My other mouse have no issue like this... (Logitech MX Master that I am using with bluetooth since the beginning). By the way I have no problem with the provided 2.4Ghz dongle , just the bluetooth. My mouse has the latest firmware 1.01.09. This is very annoying situation, Is there a way to prevent it. My temporary solution is connecting other mouse going to bluetooth ad devices on windows and selecting my Basilisk and selecting connect again. But why I need to do this? Kindly Regards

Does the issue happen while the mouse is paired to another computer? Ensure to clear your computer's Bluetooth cache by going Start Menu > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > then select the Bluetooth device that you want to reset. Once done, remove the device, click yes, then click and add the mouse again. I’ll be locking this thread now.
