Accidentally scratched activation code

Hii I just bought a Razor Kraken X yesterday and I accidentally used too much force scratching until the code for the surround sound 7.1 cannot be seen anymore. What should I do now?

Have you registered the device? If you already did, please check the code in your junk/spam folder. Please be aware that a lost or damaged activation card due to mishandling is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. You can submit a request to our Support Team through chat and email.
