Scratched off the activation code for 7.1 audio

Hi, I just bought a Blackshark V2 X, and unfortunately scratched off too much and can't read the activation code. Is it possible to get a new code? I can send a photo of the receipt and the card with the damaged scratch box, if necessary.

    Have you registered the device? If you already did, the code should be sent via email within the next 24-72 hours. Ensure to check the code in your junk or spam folder too. Please be aware that a damaged or lost activation card due to mishandling is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM so I can initiate a support ticket on your behalf. Keep in mind that the request is subject to approval.
