Razer light strip set not turning

I bought the brend new razer light strip set, but i'm having some problems with it. When i turn my pc off the lights still on, the only diference is that they change color from the effect i use on razer synapse to blink a white light, i would like it to turn off completely without i have to turn off my energy supressor because during night i let my viper charging on the dock... I turned it on but still it doesn't work, lights still on after turn off my pc.
