Hello all, I've got an issue on my Razer Base Station V2 Chroma. The device was well detected by Synapse and the usb hub works fine. However it is not recognized by the system as a sound device, so impossible to select as a sound output in the configuration panel. In my device manager, the name "Razer Base Station V2 Chroma" appears only under the HID devices. Reinstalling the driver doesn't solve the problem. Could anyone help, please?

Have you checked if there is a duplicate driver in the other sub-categories/section in the Windows device manager? If there's one, please uninstall it from the Windows device manager and restart your computer. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
