Razer Mamba hyperflux Disconnecting problem

Hi!I bought my razer mamba hyperflux from amazon 1 month ago In those month I had a couple of disconnecting problem but playing most of the time with a controller I wasn't so frustrated, recently for personal motivation I started to use most of the time my mouse and I notice how much it disconnected during my gaming session, I tried to deactivate from task manager the automatic deactivation in case too much current is consumed, I don't have any device near my mousepad, i put my smartphone 20cm away, my router is 3/4 meter away from my mouse pad, I don't know actually what i have to do, sometimes it works without any problem for many hours, and the major of time when I use the mouse pad it will disconnected, there are sometimes that the mouse pad stays on the mousepad without getting touched and it work,sometimes it will disconnected automatically, I didn't put in synapse the option of disconnect my mouse in case is idle for a couple of minutes, I wish you can help me.

    Are you referring to the Razer Firefly Hyperflux that keeps on disconnecting? Please go to the Razer Synapse settings by clicking the gear icon at the top-right and reset the device.
